When creating your treatment plan, we start with an assessment and diagnosis. You’ll be asked to fill out a thorough pain questionnaire before you come in for your first appointment. From there, we go through a inclusive review of your history to find potential causes of your pain, and then a clinical examination is performed. If further tests are needed (MRI, radiographs, etc.), we can facilitate those as well.
